Solusearch is a Paris-based recruitment agency founded in 2008, renowned for its expertise in direct approach. Its website was a little dated and didn’t sufficiently promote its strengths and values.
Laurent and Frédérique decided to call on Made for you to convey their vision through a stronger visual identity and message, and to modernize their website.
A radiant new logo
After analyzing their competition, the agency drafted Solusearch’s brand platform, emphasizing a comprehensive, dynamic, and human approach to recruitment. These main ideas are reflected in the logo: the sun rays in different colors evoke a proactive approach, multi-expertise, and growth. The yellow ray stands out to highlight the importance of standing out as a candidate, an employer, and as a firm.
A modern and colorful webdesign
The "rays" inspired the creation of a colorful graphic universe that plays with transparencies and positions, bringing dynamism to the site, structuring content, and highlighting key information. The photos, taken from a photoshoot organized by the agency, are integrated in an original way using these rays. The pictograms are made of several colored lines and are animated to add interactivity to the website. The different colors also structure the various sections of the website, catering to its two target audiences: companies and candidates.
A bright holiday greeting video
Laurent and Frédérique also took advantage of this rebranding to request a joyful and original holiday greeting video. Festive and dynamic, it builds on the new visual identity: the rays of the logo intersect to form a star, revealing a message that reinforces Solusearch’s ambition: finding the right "match" to help its clients achieve their "dreams" and reach for the stars.
