Arabella Hair is a Chinese brand specializing in high-quality wigs and natural hair extensions, designed to make life easier for women with textured hair and to provide a solution for women experiencing hair loss due to health issues.

The company aimed to market its products in Western countries, but its brand identity was not well-suited for this audience. We took on the challenge of adapting it to align with American and European standards.

A more elegant logo

After analyzing market trends and key competitors, we concluded that adopting a more premium and softer aesthetic was necessary to convey the idea of quality natural hair wigs with a style that is both contemporary and timeless. This approach targets women who value self-care over showing off (as opposed to some competitors aiming younger audiences with trend-focused products).

The typographic logo, featuring serifs, is simple and elegant. It symbolizes hair curls and reflects the quality of the hair used in the products.

A complete visual identity

The brand symbol combines two mirrored “A” in a refined way, creating a strong emblem that reflects the brand’s finesse and subtlety. Their connection evokes hair. A background pattern using this brand symbol reinforces the premium feel of the identity and adds character to communication materials. Hair-inspired curves are used to structure content or enhance photos.

The color palette is natural, highlighting the quality of the hair used and drawing inspiration from the range of shades offered. The primary colors are understated, while the secondary colors are warm and natural.

Strong visual consistency

Each material reflects the brand’s identity, ensuring visual consistency and strong recognition across all media, whether in advertising, corporate communications, or print. Diverse in format, the materials incorporate photos or key graphic elements (the brand symbol, pattern, lines, etc.).

Visuals used in posters and social media, primarily focused on the hair, highlight the products and their quality. The models’ faces are intentionally less visible, allowing consumers to fully focus on the textures, colors, and styles.

Refined communication materials

The brochure presents the brand’s services with polished visuals and a structured design, leaving a lasting impression and reassuring both partners and clients.

The packaging is refined, featuring the brand’s graphic codes and a ribbon. Unlike the highly colorful Chinese website, the web design we created is understated and elegant. Even promotional content is handled with a premium approach. Social media visuals also emphasize the quality of the hair and its shades through macro photography.
