Enedis, the public utility for ecological transition, operates and develops the largest electricity distribution network in Europe, serving the French people and their territories. Its missions include connecting them to the electricity distribution network, providing troubleshooting services 24/7, and modernizing the electricity distribution network. In this context, Enedis regularly renovates the "source stations" in its territory to secure them and enhance their performance and resilience.
After creating the banner for the Pecq source station, Enedis has once again asked Made for you to create the banner covering the works at the Rueil source station, which supplies 9 municipalities and 43,000 customers. The mural aims to explain the works to the residents, but also to highlight the role of Enedis and RTE.
A concise and educational mural
After several meetings with the project team, the agency worked on 2 aspects:
The texts: They aim to explain the project and the role of Enedis and Rte. They also highlight the benefits of this renovation for the residents of the territory. The language is simplified to avoid technical jargon, yet each term remains precise
The illustrations: They aim to attract passersby and highlight the approach. They are both professional and warm, in line with Enedis’ graphic guidelines. The characters, approachable, represent both Enedis’ customers and technicians. The pictograms are playful and dynamic. The colored "wire" and "zebra" are used as connectors between the different parts of the mural and create a strong visual identity.
