Atelier Tourneusol is a young family business of lightening design in wood and metal located in Noirmoutier.

Its founder, Quentin Tourneux (hence the name “Tourneusol”) graduated from both, design technology and carpentry-cabinetmaking. He designs and manufactures geometric and deconstructed objects inspired by various artistic influences.

Wood is a universal, noble and sensual material that allows him to express his imagination.

AN INNOVATIVE LOGO

The sunflower turning to the sun, source of light, was an obvious logo’s component due to its symbolic meaning.

The agency creates a monogram combining the T for Tourneusol and a lamp. The name “Tourneusol” is positioned around to evoke the light’s irradiation.

The shapes are very geometric and angular to remind of the design of the luminaires.
